I preordered the game from Best Buy. Does the $10 I spent go towards the purchase of the game? I no longer have the receipt

If you paid by creditcard you can have them pull up your reciept, maby.

Usually, if you purchsed with a credit or debit card, they can look it up.
Cash sales tend to be harder to confirm without a reciept.
IF you can get the reciept situation worked out, the $10 you spent on the pre-order will go towards the final price.
